Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

After the 1-hour cancellation period has passed, or once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship orders within the United States.

We offer free standard shipping on every U.S. order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Most orders are delivered within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, destination, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact support@chaincrossbodybags.com before returning an item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility for returns unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error.
